The PrevInf Project team gathered for the last online Project consortium meeting – the 27th.
This final meeting focused essentially on two topics:
- Dissemination & Exploitation
- Management
Regarding Dissemination & Exploitation, although the PrevInf E-Books are already in their final versions, partners have been warned not to use the E-Books at this moment.
After contacting book and e-book publishers, the coordinating team (ESEnfC) was alerted to necessary adjustments to the cover regarding the author listings. There is a need to reorganize the list so that it can be used properly in APA citations and others. Information regarding E-Books Coordinators, Chapters Authorships, E-Book Layout, Editor and Co-Editors will be added. The requested ISBNs are only for the digital version of the documents.
Regarding scientific articles, the Coimbra team submitted two articles, concerning the results obtained during the WP4 piloting, and which will be published soon. “Empowering nursing educators’ pedagogical practices in Healthcare-Associated Infection Prevention: the PrevInf Pilot Study” was submitted to RevSALUS and “Nursing students’ perceptions on a novel educational approach to healthcare-associated infections prevention and control: insights from the PrevInf pilot study” was submitted to Nursing Reports.
The final version of the PrevInf promotional video was shared with all partners and will be uploaded to the website page (Project tab).
Regarding Management, Final Report guidelines were once again addressed – an editable online document was created to which all partners have access and where they can introduce important indicators relating to each Institution.
Sustainability documents such as Letters of Intent and Letters of Commitment were again requested from Asian partners. These documents contain the written, signed and stamped intention of the various HEIs to integrate the outputs of the PrevInf project (Letters of Intent), and contain the evidence of integration and implementation in nursing curricula / curriculum updates (Letters of Commitment).
