The PrevInf Project team gathered for the 25th online Project meeting.
Initially, a Pre-Agenda topic was addressed, particularly regarding Reporting Periods. Some of the partners were still missing the documentation related to the 10th Reporting Period. In the same sense, it was reminded that they should submit the documents related to the 11th Reporting Period by January 15th, 2024. Still regarding Acquisition Procedures, in order for ESEnfC to make the necessary calculations and respective financial changes (if necessary), all partners’ acquisition procedures (Subcontracting Costs) must be completed, including payment, by December 31st, 2023.
As for the Agenda itself, it was a continuation of the Kampong Chhnang transnational meeting. The Dissemination and updating of the status of the various tasks has been updated – ESEnfC has already requested ISBNs for the 8-Ebooks to be developed.
Final Report guidelines were again addressed – an editable online document was created to which all partners have access and where they can introduce important indicators relating to each Institution.
The agenda for the last transnational meeting (7) in Coimbra was shared.
Next Consortium online meeting schedules were recalled.
